Digital Documents
Use the Digital Documents applications to configure the document types and Costpoint applications that will use digital signatures.
The configuration for digital signatures is similar to Costpoint’s Content Management Integration (CMI) configuration. Set up digital document types on the Manage Digital Document Types screen and link the digital document types to applications on the Manage Digital Document Links screen.
A pre-configured Digital Signature setup is available within the Supplier Portal and enables you to make Supplier Portal invoice transactions legally binding without physically signed copies of the invoices.

Use the Manage Digital Document Links screen to specify which document types will link to a specific Costpoint application and result set.
