Cases Subtask
Use this subtask to view the case, case values, starting date/time, completion date/time, and case notes for a workflow.
You can also use it to track individual workflow cases and determine their status. You can use this subtask to review system usage. The information shown is only for one workflow, subsystem, status, filter, and value.
