Header
The timesheet header displays information such as the timesheet period ending date and the timesheet status. Most fields in the header are non-editable.

Sign |
Click to sign your timesheet. A pop-up message confirms the action. |
Request Time Off/New Planned Leave |
Click this button to display the New Leave pop-up screen, where you can submit a leave request or enter planned leave without navigating to the Work Schedule/Leave screen. If you are required to request leave, the button name is Request Time Off, but if requesting leave is not required, it displays as New Planned Leave. The button might be hidden if Hide Leave Functions is selected in Timesheet Classes |
New | Click this button to display a new, blank timesheet form. |
More | Click the
More drop-down to access informational subtasks. Depending on your configuration, these can include:

Click this directional arrow to display the timesheet for the previous pay period.
This arrow displays in the timesheet toolbar only in Form view. Your timesheet may be configured by your administrator to display in Table view. |

View Controls | Depending on how your timesheet is configured by your administrator, you may have two display options to choose from, either Form or Table view. If your timesheet is configured to allow both display options, the application toolbar includes the following options:
If your timesheet is configured so that you do not have option to switch between views, neither icon displays in the application toolbar. |
Query | If your timesheet is configured to enable Form view, the icon may also display on the toolbar. Click to search for a timesheet record. |
Basic Information Tab
Field | Description |

Name |
This field displays your last name, first name, and middle initial, as you submitted your name to your human resources department. |
Employee Information Card |
This pop-up screen, accessed when you click the Information icon that appears when you mouse over the right side of the
Employee field, displays additional information for the employee, including the following:

Class |
This field displays the timesheet class to which the employee is assigned. The timesheet class determines the business rules that will be in effect during timesheet entry. |
ID |
This field displays your employee identification code. |
Period Ending |
This field displays the period ending date, based on the company's timesheet schedules and the schedule that is assigned to you. The field label also provides a description of the schedule (for example, Semi-Monthly Period Ending). Additional text may follow the period ending date in parentheses. For example, if you are paid biweekly but your timesheet periods are weekly, you may see a message like this: 07/14/2016 (Week 1). |
Revision |
This field displays only when the timesheet is viewed by supervisors from the Manage/Approve Timesheets screen. This field displays the current revision number of the timesheet. The revision displays as 1 for a new timesheet. The revision number increments by one every time you save auditable changes. To review previous revisions, click Audit and the Revision drop-down box to select and review previous revisions. |
Status |
This field displays the status of the current timesheet:

Minimum Hours | This field displays the minimum number required for the period, if your System Administrator has enabled it. |
Org ID (UDT09) | Depending on how your timesheet is configured, a field displaying your Org ID (UDT09) may display below the Signature field. |
Entered/Prorated |
Use the Entered/Prorated options to toggle between two different hour views of your timesheet:

Sign |
Click to sign your timesheet. A pop-up message confirms the action. |
Correct |
Use Correct to enter corrections to a processed timesheet. When you click Correct, the timesheet becomes editable. After you sign the corrected timesheet, your supervisor is notified that the timesheet is awaiting approval. If the period is Closed, this button changes to Request Correction. When you click Request Correction, a window displays where you can enter an explanation for the correction. If your supervisor approves your request, the Correct button is enabled when you next open the timesheet. Note: The
Request Correction button may not display depending on how your administrator configured your timesheet.
Note: If you do not input any modifications during the correction phase, a notice displays to inform you that no changes were made. When you click
OK to dismiss this notice, the correction operation is negated and the timesheet returns to its original state.

Total Hours (Previous Period) | This hyperlinked field, which links to a read-only display of the prior timesheet period, aggregates Cost Only and Non Cost Only hours. |
Total Hours (Next Period) |
This hyperlinked field, which links to a read-only display of the next timesheet period, aggregates Cost Only and Non Cost Only hours. Note: The
Total Hours (Previous Period) and
Total Hours (Next Period) fields display only in the Approve Timesheet screen for use by managers and supervisors.

Notes Tab
This tab is read-only and displays only when the timesheet is viewed by supervisors from the Manage/Approve Timesheets screen. It stores all Save, Sign, and Approve warnings associated with the timesheet.
Warnings Tab
This tab is read-only and stores all Save, Sign, and Approve warnings associated with the timesheet.
Revision Explanation Tab
This tab displays automatically when you click or after you have made a revision that requires an explanation. The explanation field is outlined in red. Enter your explanation in the field. If displays next to the field, you can use Lookup to select from a list of standardized revision explanations preset by your company. Select an explanation from the table or Query to search for one. Depending on your company's configuration settings, selection of preset explanations may be required. After you enter your revision explanation in the field, you can close the error message pop-up window. To view the revision history of the timesheet, click the Revision Audit subtask
