Advanced Charge Search Subtask

Use the Advanced Charge Search subtask to find project charges by project manager or by Project Labor Category (PLC).

Project Manager Tab

Field	Description
Name	Type the last name of the project manager you want to find or click to select it.
ID	Type the ID of the project manager you want to find or click to select it.
Lookup	Click this button to display the charges to which the project manager has access.

PLC Tab

Field	Description
PLC	Type the code of the PLC you want to find or click to select it.
Lookup	Click this button to display the charges associated with the selected PLC.

Results Table

After you click Lookup on either the Project Manager tab or the PLC tab, the Results table displays the project charges associated with the selected search value. The read-only columns display details about the charge.

Note: Manufacturing orders (MOs) and work assignments are not included in search results.

Field	Description
Add to Timesheet	Use this button to add a selected charge or charges to the timesheet. Each selected charge is added to the timesheet a as new row with charge code details pre-populated.
Query	Click this button to open the Query dialog box, where you can refine your search results.
