Workflow Events

Use the Workflow Events screen when you need to set up employee and other notifications that are configured to display as either tasks or e-mails.

For example, you can set up an approval request notification in which an employee signs and submits his timesheet. Once submitted, the system sends an e-mail to the primary and backup supervisors, prompting them to approve the timesheet.

Contents of the Workflow Events Screen

Use the fields of the Workflow Events screen to configure Event tasks and notifications and to set priority levels for them.

Resource Notifications Subtask

Use the Resource Notifications subtask to maintain the notifications given to employees. The notifications can differ depending on employee classes.

Other Notifications Subtask

Use the Other Notifications subtask to add other notifications for tasks.
