Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Search Help Topics

Use the Table of Contents of the Help to search terms or topics within the Help system.

To search for help topics, do the following steps:

  1. In the Search field, enter your search terms.
  2. Click to find help topics that contain the words or phrases you specified in the Search field.
    Topics that meet the search terms display under Search Results.
