Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Microsoft Teams Bot Connection Information Subtask

After setting up the bot service for MS Teams in the Product Configuration Utility, add its definition to the Microsoft Teams Bot Connection Information subtask to connect Costpoint to MS Teams.

Field Description
Tenant IDs Enter the Azure tenant ID from the Entra ID of the Azure portal (https://portal.azure.com).
Bot Application IDs Enter the bot ID that you were instructed to save in a text file during the MS Teams configuration.
Bot Application Secrets Enter the client secret (password) that was generated during the MS Teams configuration.
Bot Configuration Endpoint Enter the bot endpoint address of the Costpoint bot service. Use the following URL structure: <CostpointEnterpriseAppUrl>/cprestfulws/bot.cps?system=<systemName>
