Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Bank Integration Subtask

Use this subtask to reset the user name and/or password used for the connection between Costpoint and US bank systems for EFT file uploads.

This subtask displays only if you have configured bank integration information in the Bank FTP tab of the Product Configuration Utility, and the records in this subtask correspond to the integration details entered in the utility.

You can only update the Bank Login, Password, and Confirm Password fields, but you cannot add, copy, or delete a record.

Field Description
Bank FTP ID

This non-editable field displays the Bank FTP identification

Bank Login

Enter the new user name for the bank FTP connection.

Password

Enter the new password.

Confirm Password

Re-enter the new password to confirm it.
