Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

EFT Info US Subtask

Use this subtask of the Manage Vendors screen to view Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) information and banks in the US.

Field Description
Bank ID

This field displays the ABA number of the bank for EFT transfers for this vendor address.

Bank Account

This field displays the bank account number used for EFT transfers.

Non US Bank Account

This field displays the bank account number of a bank outside the United States.

IBAN Code

This field displays the International Bank Account Number (IBAN).

SWIFT Code

This field displays the SWIFT Code.

EFT Active

If selected, this checkbox indicates that the US EFT is active.

Print EFT Advice

If selected, this checkbox indicates that the EFT advice will be printed.

Email EFT Advice If selected, this checkbox indicates that an email will be sent regarding the EFT advice.
