Contacts Tab

Use this tab to specify the email addresses of the contact persons in the contracting company and performing company assigned to the work assignment. Costpoint sends email notifications to these recipients when changes or notes are added to the work assignment.

Field	Description
Contracting Contact Email	This field displays the email address of the contact person from the contracting company. This field is visible only for the contracting company. Click the Send Email icon to send an email to the contact person of the contracting company.
Performing Contact Email	Enter the email address of the contact person from the performing company. This field is visible only for the performing company. Click the Send Email icon to send an email to the contact person from the performing company.
