Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Select prompt values before running the Services List report.

Company

Select one company from the list.

Limit part/rev(s)

In the Keywords field, enter a portion of one or more part/revisions to be added on the report.

To narrow the search, select an option in the Starts with any of these keywords field. If you search by name, use one of the Contains... options, rather than the Starts with... options. If applicable, click the right-arrow to move your selected results to Choices.

Active

Select the option to indicate whether or not the service is active. The Yes and No options are both selected as a default.

Limit commodity code(s)

In the Keywords: (ID + Name) field, enter a portion of one or more commodity code IDs to be added on the report.
