Level Down Projects Cost Categories
This topic describes the cost information that displays in the detail tables of the Level Down Project Cost Categories screen for the Cost report type.
Level Down
This table displays summary cost information by element (for example, labor, materials, subcontractor, and so forth) for level-down projects.
Column Headings | Description |
---|---|
Parent | This column displays the Project ID where the details are being fetched. |
Title | This column displays the project title. |
Manager | The name displayed in this column derives from the Project Manager field in the Contract Master. |
Start | This column displays the project start date. |
End | This column displays the project end date. |
Funded | This column displays the funded amount. |
Remaining | This column displays the amount remaining. |
ITD Cost | This column displays cost information from the date the project started to the current date. |
Committed | The numbers in this column reflect unposted labor and the unfulfilled amounts from open purchase orders. |
Labor, Mtls, Sbks, MHOth, Trvl, ConsltHrs, and ODCOth | The cost categories and associated amounts display within the table in the following order.

Burdened Cost and All Periods Subtask
The following information is displayed in the Burdnened Cost and All Periods subtasks.
Column Headings | Description |

Description | This column displays the description of the cost category.. |
YTD | This column displays year-to-date raw cost totals since the start of the project/task ID over time. |
ITD | This column displays inception-to-date raw cost totals since the start of the project/task ID over time. |
Commitment | This column displays the raw costs of unposted timesheets and yet unfulfilled open purchase order amounts. |
Month/Year | This column displays the month and year |
