  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Org Budget Profit and Loss Subtask

Use this screen to review Profit and Loss reports and maintain organization budgets.

You can also use this screen to manage the annual budget development process for an organization including any lower budget levels that may exist.

If your P&L reporting settings are based on employees that are owned by an organization, you will see the direct time charges of all employees by person and by project, plus all the indirect charges to your org, including staff from other orgs when you select the P&L Based option. If you select Home Based, you see all hours charged by your staff no matter what project or indirect account objective was charged.

Columns

The following information displays in the Org Budget Profit & Loss subtask.

Column Headings Description
Description This column displays the description of the account.
Totals This column displays the total P&L amount per account.
YY-MM-DD This column displays the P&L rate per quarter/period.
