Customer Contact Info Tab

Use this tab to display information about the customer, and enter the email information related to the displayed information.

Field	Description
Last Name	This field displays the last name of the customer contact associated with the RMA. If there are multiple contacts, this field will be blank.
First Name	This field displays the first name of the customer contact associated with the RMA. If there are multiple contacts, this field will be blank.
Phone	This field displays the phone number of the customer contact associated with the RMA. If there are multiple phone numbers, this field will be blank.
Fax	This field displays the fax number of the customer contact associated with the RMA. If there are multiple fax numbers, this field will be blank.
Email Address	Enter the email address of the customer contact associated with the RMA.
RMA Email Notification	Select this checkbox to send an email notification regarding the RMA information to the customer.
