Maintenance Records
Use the screens in the Maintenance Records application group to manage or create records of repairs or other maintenance procedures applied to your assets.

Use this optional screen to enter new maintenance data and to view previously-entered maintenance history for any property record, as applicable. - Create Asset Maintenance Transactions
You can manually enter maintenance data on a record-by-record basis on the Manage Asset Maintenance Information screen. If you have a large number of property records for which maintenance data must be periodically maintained, however, manual entry can prove time-consuming and tedious. - Manage Asset Maintenance Transactions
Data displays on this screen as a result of creating template data and running the process from the Create Asset Maintenance Transactions screen and/or from making manual additions or edits on this screen. - Create Asset Maintenance Information
Use this screen to make a final selection by asset/item number from among the data on the Manage Asset Maintenance Transactions screen and to initiate the final process that populates the individual maintenance records with this data. - Print Asset Maintenance Information Report
Use this screen to print maintenance record data from the Manage Asset Maintenance Information screen.
