Timesheet Subtask

Use the Timesheet subtask to view detailed data on the timesheet charges through which this account/organization/period combination was charged.

Field	Description
Employee	This field displays the employee ID.
Employee Name	This field displays the employee name.
Fiscal Year	This field displays the fiscal year for the data displayed.
Account	This field displays the specific General Ledger accounts for which timesheet charges are displayed. The description is displayed to the right.
Organization	This field displays the specific organization for which timesheet charges are displayed. The description is displayed to the right.
Period	This field displays the period for the information displayed.

Table Window

Field	Description
Timesheet Date	This field displays the timesheet date related to the above information.
Timesheet Type	This field displays the timesheet type related to the timesheet date.
Timesheet Line No	This field displays the line number of the timesheet date and type.
Sub Period	This field displays the subperiod to which this timesheet belongs (which is within the displayed period).
Project	This field displays the project charged for this timesheet line.
Pay Type	This field displays the pay type charged on this timesheet line.
Entered Hours	This field displays the hours entered for this timesheet line, including cost-only pay types.
Charge Hours	This field displays the hours entered for this timesheet line, excluding cost-only pay types.
Labor Cost	This field displays the labor cost for this timesheet line.
W/H State	This field displays the withholding state for this timesheet line. Note: You can view this field only if your company has a Costpoint Payroll license.
W/H Locality	This field displays the withholding locality for this timesheet line. Note: You can view this field only if your company has a Costpoint Payroll license.
GLC	This field displays the GLC for this timesheet line.
Billable Lab Category	This field displays the billable labor category for this timesheet line.
