  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Workers' Compensation Filing Reasons

Use this screen to enter reason codes by state for filing workers' compensation claims.

The reporting requirements may vary from state to state. This screen includes reason codes, as mandated by a particular state, and the description associated with each code. Examples of reasons include "lost time exceeds seven days," "medical expenses exceed $1,000," and "permanent disability or disfigurement may be involved."

Other screens and programs use the codes and descriptions you enter in this screen. You can add to this table any time and establish an unlimited number of codes and descriptions.
