  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Internal Security Types

Use this screen to enter and maintain the types of internal security established and tracked by your company.

This is security that is specific to your company. This value can be used to group your company's internal security codes by a higher level. If you prefer not to group your internal security codes, you may enter an Internal Security Type of ALL or some other value that can be assigned to all internal security codes. If you like to enter and track federal security clearance information for your employees, it is recommended you use the Manage Security Clearance Settings screen since that application is specifically designed for U.S. federal security clearance tracking. However, you may also use this screen.

Internal Security Types must be established before you can set up your Internal Security Codes on the Manage Internal Security Codes screen.
