  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Internal Security Codes

Use this screen to enter and maintain internal security codes that have been established by your company.

This is security that is specific to your company. If you want to enter and track federal security clearance information for your employees, it is recommended you use the Manage Security Clearance Settings screen since that application is specifically designed for U.S. federal security clearance tracking. However, you may also use this screen.

Each internal security code must be linked to an internal security type. Types are set up on the Manage Internal Security Types screen. Once saved, internal security codes may be assigned to employees on the Manage Employee Internal Security screen.
