Update Employee Affirmative Action Plan

Use this application to assign the appropriate affirmative action plan code to employees based on their labor location.  

If there is an existing Employee Salary Information record with an effective date that is equal to the affirmative action plan's start date, that record will be updated with the new affirmative action plan code. Otherwise, the application will generate a new Employee Salary Information record with an effective date that is set to the affirmative action plan's start date.

Any existing salary records with effective dates that fall after the affirmative action plan's start date will be updated with the affirmative action plan.

Regular and part-time active employees are automatically included in the processing and you may opt to include temporary and terminated employees.

Use this application after you establish employees' salary information and history, and after you assign company and labor location combinations to the appropriate affirmative action plans on the Manage Affirmative Action Plans screen.
