Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Delete Settlement Journal Subtask

Use the Delete Settlement Journal subtask to delete an entire Settlement Journal or a batch of records in the journal.

This functionality works only for unposted journals.

Note:

The feature for modifying or reversing posted settlement journals is under development and will be available in a future Costpoint release.

When you delete a group, the deleted Group No. can no longer be reused for that Settlement Journal. When you enter a new group, Costpoint iterates the last used group number and assigns it to the new group.

Select settlement journal to delete

Field Description
Delete the entire Settlement Journal

Select this checkbox to delete the entire Settlement Journal.

Group No

Enter the group number of the records you want to delete. This field is enabled only if the Delete the entire Settlement Journal checkbox is cleared.
