Select the prompts to run the Employee Information report.

Company

Select the company to include on the report.

Primary Sort

Select one of the following options to indicate how to sort the employee information:

  • Employee ID

  • Employee Name

Select Employee(s)

Use this option to limit the report to selected employees. (If you make no selections, the report includes all employees.)

In the Keywords field, enter one or more characters for which you want to search to retrieve employees. The list displays values as a combination of ID and name, so you can search by ID or by name. To enter more than one search string, separate them with spaces.

To narrow the search, select an option in the Starts with any of these keywords field. If you search by name, use one of the Contains... options, rather than the Starts with... options. If applicable, click the right-arrow to move your selected results to Choices.

When you generate the report, it includes only records for the employees in Choices.
