Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Emergency Contacts Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Emergency Contacts Screen.

Primary Contact

Use this group box to enter the contact information of the first person to be the contacted during emergencies. The Name, Relationship, and Phone fields are required if you make an entry to one of those fields.

Field Description
Name

Enter the primary contact's name.

Note: This field will be required if you make an entry in the Relationship or Phone fields.
Relationship

Enter the primary contact's relationship to you.

Note: This field will be required if you make an entry in the Name or Phone fields.
Phone

Enter the primary contact's phone number.

Note: This field will be required if you make an entry in the Name or Relationship fields.
Address Line 1

Enter the contact's street address.

Address Line 2

If applicable, enter the second address line.

Address Line 3

If applicable, enter the third address line.

City

Enter the city.

State/Province

Select the state/province associated with the address entered/displayed on screen.

Postal Code

Enter the postal code.

Country

Enter, or click to select, the country for your first emergency contact.

Secondary Contact

Use group box to enter the contact information of the alternate person to be contacted during emergencies.

Enter the secondary contact's relationship to you.

Note: This field will be required if you make an entry in the Name or Phone fields.
Phone

Enter the secondary contact's phone number.

Address 1

Enter the contact's street address.

Address 2

If applicable, enter the contact's second address line.

Address 3

If applicable, enter the contact's third address line.

City

Enter the city.

State/Province

Select the state/province associated with the address entered/displayed on screen.

Country

Enter, or click to select, the country for your second emergency contact.
