Create an Offline Timesheet

Click Off-Line Timesheet to create a new off-line timesheet from the timesheet that is currently displayed. This creates a formatted Excel file, including contents of all of the lines and cells on the timesheet.

Complete an Off-Line Timesheet

After you create an off-line timesheet, use it to record your timesheet charges until you are ready to merge them into your online timesheet.

Merge an Off-Line Timesheet

When you are ready to merge your off-line timesheet into your online timesheet, upload the spreadsheet to Time and Expense with ESS, which performs a number of validations. After the merge, any timesheet lines from the off-line timesheet appear in the online timesheet.

Set Up Off-Line Timesheets

The ability to use the Off-line Timesheets feature is controlled at the timesheet class level. For each timesheet class, you can choose whether or not to allow employees to use off-line timesheets.
