Contents of the View Subcontract Inquiry Screen
Use the fields and options to configure the View Subcontract Inquiry screen.
Selection Criteria
Use this group box to specify the records to be included.

| Subcontract ID | Enter, or click
 to select, the subcontract ID. The unlabeled field to the right displays the subcontract name.

| Subcontractor/Vendor ID | Enter, or click
to select, the subcontractor or vendor ID. The unlabeled field to the right displays the subcontractor or vendor name.
You can select an active or a prospective vendor in this field. Note: The ability to assign prospective vendors to subcontracts is added in Costpoint 8.2.12. If you are in Costpoint Cloud, you can choose to opt in to this feature. The ability to opt in is temporary and will be removed when the feature becomes automatically enabled for all users as part of a future Costpoint release. See the
Manage Opt-In Features topic for more information.

to select, the opportunity ID. The unlabeled field to the right displays the opportunity name.

to select, the prime contract number (the number on the signed contract with the customer).

to select, the subcontract status.

to select, an agreement type.

Subcontract Inquiry Details
All fields in the table window are read-only.

| Subcontract ID | This field displays the subcontract ID. |
| Subcontract Name | This field displays the subcontract name. |
| Vendor ID | This field displays the vendor ID associated with the subcontract. |
| Vendor Name | This field displays the vendor name. |
| Vendor Record Status | This field indicates the status of the subcontractor/vendor ID. Valid values are
Vendor and
Prospective Vendor, with the latter displaying in red.
Note: This new field is added in Costpoint 8.2.12, together with the ability to assign prospective vendors to subcontracts. If you are in Costpoint Cloud, you can choose to opt in to this feature. The ability to opt in is temporary and will be removed when the feature becomes automatically enabled for all users as part of a future Costpoint release. See the

| Subcontract Start Date | This field displays the subcontract start date. |
| Subcontract End Date | This field displays the subcontract end date. |
| Total Subcontract Contract Value | This field displays the total contract value for the subcontract. |
| Total Subcontract Funding | This field displays the total funding amount allocated for the subcontract. |
| ITD Subcontractor Expenses | This field displays the inception-to-date (ITD) subcontractor posted and unposted expenses. This is blank when no project is associated with the subcontract record. |
| Remaining Funded Value | This field displays the remaining funded value for the subcontract. This is blank when no project is associated with the subcontract record. |
| Contract ID | This field displays the contract ID associated with the subcontract. |
| Contract Name | This field displays the contract name. |
| Contract Start Date | This field displays the contract start date. |
| Contract End Date | This field displays the contract end date. |
| Task Order No | This field displays the task order number linked to the contract. |
| Opportunity ID | This field displays the opportunity ID associated with the contract. |
| Opportunity Name | This field displays the opportunity name. |
| Subcontract Project ID | This field displays the project ID that is used to track costs for the subcontract. |
| Subcontract Project Name | This field displays the subcontract project name. |
| Prime Contract No | This field displays the prime contract number associated with the contract. |
| Subcontract Status | This field displays the status of the subcontract. |
| Agreement Type | This field displays the agreement type. |
| Subcontractor Administrator | This field displays the employee ID of the subcontractor administrator. |
