Vendor Certifications Subtask
Use this subtask to add, view, or modify certifications associated with the vendor.
Note: For Costpoint Cloud, this subtask is available only if you choose to opt in to Feature 2144951 for the Costpoint 2025.2 release. The ability to opt in is temporary and will be removed when the feature becomes automatically enabled for all users as part of a future Costpoint release. See the
Manage Opt-In Features topic for more information.
This subtask is available on the following screens. Any modifications made to this subtask in one application will be reflected across the others.

Depending on where you access this subtask, you can add/modify certifications for a vendor, prospective vendor, or both.

| Certification Code | Enter, or click
 to select, the certification code that you want to associate with the vendor. Only those certification codes with the
Show in Lookup checkbox selected on the Manage Vendor Certifications screen are available for entry or selection.
Once you enter the certification code, some fields on this subtask will automatically be populated with values defined for that code in Manage Vendor Certifications. |
| Certification Name | This field displays the certification name. |
| Agency Code | This field displays the code of the certifying agency that issued the certification.
This field displays only if you are licensed for Capture & Contracts. |
| Agency Name | This field displays the name of the certifying agency.
This field displays only if you are licensed for Capture & Contracts. |
| Professional Org Code | This field displays the code of the professional organization that issued the certification. |
| Professional Org Name | This field displays the name of the professional organization. |
| Status Code | Enter, or click
to select, the status code for the certification. Only those status codes with the
Show in Lookup checkbox selected on the Status subtask of the Manage Vendor Certifications screen are available for entry or selection.

| Level Code | Enter, or click
to select, the level code for the certification. Only those level codes with the
Show in Lookup checkbox selected on the Level subtask of the Manage Vendor Certifications screen are available for entry or selection.

| Level Description | This field displays the level description. |
| Start Date | Enter, or click
 to select, the start date for this certification. The start date must be earlier than the end date.

| End Date | Enter, or click
to select, the end date for this certification.

| Address | Select the address associated with this certification. You can select up to 20 address codes per certification record. |
| URL | Enter the URL associated with this certification. |
| Notes | Enter any additional notes for this certification. |
