  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Security Subtask

Use this subtask to view vendor employee security details.

This subtask is read-only for both vendors and prospective vendors.

Field Description
US Citizen If selected, this check box indicates that the vendor employee is a citizen of the United States.
ITAR Status

If the US Citizen check box is selected, this group box displays the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) status of the vendor employee. Options are:

  • U.S. Person Authorized for ITAR: This option indicates that the vendor employee is a US citizen authorized to do ITAR transactions.
  • Foreign Person with U.S. Dept of State Authorization/Special Exemption: This option indicates that the vendor employee is authorized by the U.S. Department of State for ITAR transactions or has special exemption.
  • Not Authorized: This option indicates that the vendor employee is not authorized to do ITAR transactions.
  • Not Applicable: This option indicates that the ITAR status is not applicable to the vendor employee.
