Assessment Details Subtask

Use this subtask to view the assessment factors defined for the assessment record selected on the Performance Assessment tab. You can also view the rating for each assessment factor as well as the total score for the assessment record.

Information on this subtask is read-only and comes from the Assessment Details subtask of the Performance Assessment tab in Manage Contracts.

Note: This subtask is available only on the Performance Assessment tab of Manage Contract Management Customer Info. Both the Performance Assessment tab and this subtask are visible only for customers and hidden for prospective customers.

Field	Description
Assessment Factors	This column displays the assessment descriptions assigned to the assessment format. A maximum of 10 descriptions may display here.
Rating	This column displays the rating on each assessment factor. Ratings may range from Not Applicable or Unsatisfactory to Exceptional. Each rating has an equivalent score that displays in the Score column.
Score	This column displays the score assigned to the rating specified in the Rating column. Scores range from 0 to 10. Total Score is displayed at the bottom of this column as well as on the Performance Assessment tab.
Comments	This column displays comments regarding the assessment on a specific assessment factor.
Total Score	This field displays the total score over the total highest possible score for this assessment record. If there are 8 assessment factors on this subtask, the highest possible score is 80. If the rating for this assessment record is 78, this field displays 78/80. The unlabeled field to the right displays the Total Score in percent.
Notes	This field displays additional notes for the assessment.
