Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Top Level Subtask

This table displays project actual burdened cost breakdown details for all levels, including category, account, resource, and source.

Note: The fields described below also display in the individual burdened cost detail tables.  
Field Description
Project This column displays the id of the project where details are being taken from.
Title This column displays the project title.
Start This column displays the project start date.
End This column displays the project end date.
Manager

The name displayed in this column derives from the Project Manager field in the Contract Master.

Funded This column displays the funding amount.
ITD

This column displays cost information from the date the project started to the current date. Note that the column label varies slightly according to report type.

Depending on the report type you selected, one of the following ITD labels displays:

  • ITD Rev: This label displays for the Actual report type.
  • ITD Budget Rev: This label displays for the Budget report type, and if Budget is selected from Budget Type.
  • ITD EAC Rev: This label displays for the Budget report type, and if EAC is selected from Budget Type
  • ITD Variance: This label displays for the Variance report type.
Commit The numbers in this column reflect unposted labor and the unfulfilled amounts from open purchase orders.
Month/Year The next six columns display details per period for the last six periods.
