All Periods Subtask

Use this subtask to view details for all periods.

Note: If you run the report with the Combined selected under All Periods, refer to the next section for field descriptions.

Field Description
Description This column displays the budget sheet and associated account details.
YTD This column displays year-to-date totals.
ITD This column displays inception-to-date totals.
Commitment This column displays the raw costs of unposted timesheets and yet unfulfilled open purchase order amounts.
Month/Year This column starts with the most current closed period and then shows the past six periods of data.

All Periods Subtask (Combined Details)

The table below describes fields that display when the report is run with Combined selected under All Periods.

Field Description
Report Project ID This column displays the id of the project where details are being taken from.
Revenue Source This column displays the revenue source.
Account This column displays the account.
Account Name This column displays the account name.
Source This column displays the source.
YTD This column displays the YTD total.
ITD This column displays the ITD total.
Month/Year This column starts with the most current closed period and then shows the past six periods of data.
