Resources
You can use the Resources module to establish, modify, and/or view customer, vendor, and employee information used in the CRM & Contracts domain.
You can create prospective customers and vendors that may be associated with opportunities. Screens to approve prospective customers and vendors are available in this module. Prospective customers and vendors must be approved before they can be used in contracts, subcontracts, and projects.
You can set up and maintain vendor employee information through the Manage Contract Management Vendor Info screen.
The Manage Contract Management Employee Info application in this module is a read-only screen that you can use to identify employees who have the training, skills, and security details necessary to work on potential opportunities and contracts.
