Line Accounts Subtask
Use the Line Accounts subtask allows to view account information on the change order lines.

PO |
This field displays the purchase order ID. |
Release |
This field displays the release number of the purchase order. |
Change Order |
This field displays the change order number. |
Trans Currency |
This field displays the transaction currency for this change order. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency. |

This field displays the change order line. |

This column displays the account ID to which the item is assigned. |
Account Name |
This column displays the account name. |
Organization |
This column displays the organization ID to which the item is assigned. |
Organization Name |
This column displays the organization name. |
Project |
This column displays the project ID to which the item is assigned. |
Project Name |
This column displays the project name. |
Allocation |
This column displays the allocation percentage for this change order line charge account. |
Trans Amount |
This column displays the amount allocated to this line charge account in the transaction currency. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency. |
Func Amount |
This column displays the amount associated with the line charge in the functional currency. Functional currency is the currency used to initialize Costpoint and is the currency in which your financial statements are prepared. |
Org Abbrev |
This column displays the abbreviation of the organization. |
Proj Abbrev |
This column displays the abbreviation of the project. |
Ref 1 |
This column displays the reference one against which this line is charged. Note: The field
Ref 1 may display a different label if it has been changed on the Configure General Ledger Settings screen. For example, AC 1.

This column displays the name associated with Ref 1. |
Ref 2 |
This column displays the reference two against which this line is charged. Note: The field
