Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Print Opportunity Win Loss Report

Use this screen to print a list of opportunities grouped and subtotaled by the win/loss stage.

You can also view the weighted revenue, the expected total contract value, and the probability of winning each opportunity in the Opportunity Win Loss Report. All this data can help you determine if you are going after the right types of opportunities.

This application pulls only those opportunities in stages that have a Win / Loss value of Win or Loss on the Manage Opportunity Stages screen (that is, those with an NA value are not included in the report). Opportunities that are printed depend on the range of primary customers and dates that are selected in Print Opportunity Win Loss Report.

You can sort the report by probability %, opportunity name, primary customer name, our value, or weighted revenue. You can also include inactive opportunities in the report.

Note: This application is available only if you are licensed for CRM & Contracts.
