Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

SO Header Text Subtask

Use this subtask to view header information (entered during sales order creation) for the sales order selected on the View Sales Order Status Information screen.

Field Description
Sales Order

This field displays the sales order ID.

Status

This field displays the status of the sales order.

Customer

This field displays the customer from the Manage Sales Orders screen.

Trans Currency

This field displays the trans currency from the main screen.

Text Code This field displays the text code for the associated sales order.
Rev This field displays the revision of the text code.
Description This field displays the description of the text code.
Doc Print Opt This field displays the print option assigned to the selected text code: B (Both) to print on external and internal documents, I (Internal) to print on internal documents only, or E (External) to printed on external documents only.
Text Active If selected, this checkbox indicates that the text code/revision combination is currently active.
