Contracts
Within the Contracts module, you can set up, maintain, and track information for your contracts and subcontracts.
You can use this module to define general information about contracts and subcontracts and also identify specific details including the following:
- Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other supplemental regulation clauses/provisions that apply to the contracts and subcontracts
- Contract/subcontract funding and contract values
- Business classification and security requirements
- Supplier/vendor ratings
- Customer/vendor contact information
You can link contracts and subcontracts to opportunities, task orders, activities, projects, and work force and vendor employees using this module. Contracts also allows you to initialize projects and enter or modify contract/subcontract modifications.
Various inquiries and reports are available so you can review and analyze information about your contracts and subcontracts.
