User-Defined Info Subtask
Use this subtask to enter, edit, and view values for user-defined fields for an organizational conflict of interest (OCI) record.
You set up these fields on the Manage OCI User-Defined Labels screen. If you use user-defined information for OCIs, use this subtask to enter that information when you add a new OCI record or when you need to change that information for an existing OCI record.

Field | Description |

Data Type |
This field displays the data type created on the Manage OCI User-Defined Labels screen. The possible values are:

Labels | This field displays the labels created on the Manage OCI User-Defined Labels screen. |
Text Value | If the data type in this row is T (text), enter the text for the user-defined label. Text is required only if the Required column in this row is set to Y. |
Numeric Value | If the data type for this row is N (numeric), enter a numeric value for the user-defined label. A value is required only if the Required column in this row is set to Y. |
Date Value | If the data type in this row is D (date), enter the date for the user-defined label. A date is required only if the Required column in this row is set to Y. |
Costpoint Validation Field | This field displays the Costpoint field that is the source for acceptable entries. The value in this field is established on the Manage OCI User-Defined Labels screen. |
Validated Text |
This field displays Y (Yes) if special text items for this field are created on the Validated Text subtask of the Manage OCI User-Defined Labels screen. These items are available when you click . An N (No) in this field indicates that special values were not created for this field. |
Required |
A Y in this field indicates that you must enter a value in either the Text Value, Numeric Value, or Date Value field in this table before you can save the screen. An N in this field indicates that you are not required to enter a value before you can save the screen. |
