Manage Opportunity Assessment Formats
Use this screen to define opportunity assessment formats and link them to assessment rating descriptions established on the Manage Opportunity Assessment Rating Descriptions screen.
One Costpoint-defined format (Standard) displays when you first open this screen, but you can enter additional assessment formats. After you define assessment formats, you can mark one as the default that you will use in assessing opportunities.
You have to assign at least one rating description before you can save the format, but you can assign as many as 10 rating descriptions.
Any assessment formats with the Show in Lookup check box selected on this screen will be available for selection on the Assessments tab of the Manage Opportunities screen. When you select the assessment format on that tab, the rating descriptions assigned to the format will display on the Opportunity Assessment Details subtask. You can then rate the opportunity on each rating description on a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 representing very good).
