Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Navigate via My Menu

My Menu allows you to access shortcuts to the applications you frequently use without navigating through the entire Costpoint menu.

You can set up My Menu in Configure User Preferences, best done in the web application.

To set up My Menu on your mobile device:

  1. Tap or click at the upper-right portion of your screen to access My Menu.
  2. Tap or click Manage My Menu to open Configure User Preferences
  3. On the Configure User Preferences Screen, tap My Menu.
  4. Tap or click New to select the applications you want to add or remove from your My Menu.
