Managing credit card import logs on the Credit Card Import Log task widget
Credit Card Import tab contains the information you need to manage your import logs. Use this tab to:
- Track import success and failures
- View the credit card import and credit card import detail associated with the import
- View details about the import detail like amount, distributed amount and remaining amount on a credit card item.
Credit Card Import logs with a status of unsuccessful can be deleted and will be removed from the software.
Credit card import logs with a status of successful can be deleted as long as the credit card import detail has not been associated with an expense report or bank register entry.
When you select Delete, the status of the log is changed to deleted and removes the credit card import and credit card import details associated with the log.
On the Credit Card Import dashboard tab, click on a credit card import row. To delete select Delete. To review information about the import, view the credit card import and credit card import detail widgets.
Click on a credit card import row to view information for a particular cardholder.
