Import credit card information

Before you begin

To import credit card information

  1. Click > Manage > Import Credit Cards.
  2. Enter any notes.

Example: PDH Amex card for period 4/20/16 to 5/18/16

  1. Select the employee assigned to the credit card.
  2. Select the credit card.
  3. Select the import setting for the credit card.
  1. In the Select File field, select to select a .CSV file to upload.
  1. Click Import.

A message appears letting you know if the import was successful

  1. Click OK.
