Adding a rate table date range

You can specify multiple date ranges for a rate table so you can easily change rates for a project.

Add a date range if you want to start working without any markups or standard billing rates already entered. If you want to copy existing markups and billing rates, copy a date range instead.

To add a rate table date range

  1. From the > Setup menu, click General > Billing Rate Tables and double-click the rate table you want.
  2. Click the blank row in the Date Ranges table.
  3. Enter the date to start using the rate table. You can leave the Through date blank if you do not know when you want to stop using the table.
  4. Enter or change information on the rate table, as needed.
  5. Click Save.
