Amount |
The total amount of the invoice If you enter the amount, enter the total amount of the invoice. The balance on the invoice must equal zero before the invoice can be saved. If you do not enter an amount, Ajera calculates it for you as you enter the invoice details. |

On hold |
If selected, the vendor invoice is on hold. |

The Existing tab has two levels of detail:
- Invoice: general invoice information
- Transaction: specific transaction details and general invoice information
