Correcting rejected time

Your supervisor can reject individual hours on a timesheet and add notes indicating why the time was rejected.

To correct rejected time

  1. Use (previous) and (next) at the top of the screen to navigate to the relevant timesheet.
    Do not use your device's back and forth buttons; they navigate only through web pages not through timesheets.

  2. Tap rejected dates highlighted in red.
  3. To correct a rejected time entry, tap the entry.
  4. Review the Rejection Notes to determine what you should fix. If no notes exist, contact your supervisor for details.
  5. Verify that you have chosen the correct project, phase, activity, and hour type.
  6. Correct your time entry.
Note: You may need to delete the time in the cell or delete the row then reenter the time on a new row for the submit button to become available.
  1. Your mobile device holds your updates even if you lose your Internet connection.
    When your connection is restored, refresh your browser to sync your updates with your Ajera timesheet.

  2. Resubmit your timesheet.
