Entering beginning balance accruals for a payroll service (outsourced payroll)

To enter beginning balance accruals for a payroll service

  1. Create the Payroll service accrual task widget.
  2. Run a payroll with accruals and use the Include accruals and Create accruals only options to include accruals only.
  3. Use the Payroll Accrual task widget and edit the Available columns to enter the beginning balance accrual.
Note: You can also use this to adjust the available accrual balance.
  1. Click Save.
