Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.
    Ex.system administration

Mobile - iOS - Inbox - Conversations - Border Lines Appeared When Long Pressing Any Part of the Entered Comment Thread
  • In conversations, when you long pressed any comment that is part of the open conversation thread, border lines appeared.
Mobile - Inbox - Notification Not Working as Intended
  • When you created a new conversation, it was not added to the inbox conversation list in real-time. The workaround was to refresh the inbox list. Also, when you created a new conversation via the WorkBook website, the new conversation would get added as multiple entries to the Deltek WorkBook mobile application inbox list.
