Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View Resource Contact Details

Use the Resources screen to view contact details of resources and perform additional tasks.

To view the contact details of a resource:

  1. Perform a search by doing one of the following:
    • Type the name of the resource in the Search field.
    • Scroll up or down the resource list.
  2. Tap the name of the resource to display their contact details.
  3. Swipe the item to the left to perform additional tasks.
    Note: The available tasks depend on the contact details provided by the resource. For example, the call via Skype option is available if the resource provided a Skype ID.
    • Tap to make a call via Skype.
    • Tap to open your device’s email message editor, where the email address of the resource is automatically added as a recipient.
    • Tap to make a call to the provided number.
    • Tap to create a conversation. See Reply to Conversations.
  4. Tap to close the options and redisplay the resource's contact details.
