Add New Client Defined Materials

To use the Material types submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new client defined material:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Material Types.
  3. On the left pane of the Client Defined Material Price List tab, highlight the client defined material price list you want to add a material to and on the right pane, click Add New Material Group .
  4. In the Select Materials to Add dialog box, select at least one material from the drop-down list and then click OK.
  5. You can edit the different fields by double-clicking on them.
