Remove Selected Conversation Groups

To use the Conversation groups submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To remove a selected conversation group:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Conversation Groups.
  3. Highlight the conversation group you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click Remove .
  4. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
