Enable Active Status of Mileage Rate Types

To use the Mileage types submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of a mileage rate type:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Mileage Types.
3. On the Client Defined Mileage Price List tab, select from the drop-down list the mileage list with a mileage rate type you want to enable the active status of.
4. Highlight the mileage rate type you want to enable the active status of and then select the Active checkbox.
   Note: You must completely fill out the fields of a mileage rate type before enabling its active status.
