Replace Selected Activity Phases

To use the Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To replace a selected activity phase:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Activities.
  3. On the Activity Phase Settings tab, select the global activity you want to replace and on the grid toolbar, click Replace Phase .
  4. In the Replace Activity Phase dialog box, select from the drop-down list the replacement value for the activity phase you want to replace and then click OK.
